Certification
Exams
All
applications must be received at least three weeks prior to the
examination date in order for the Exam Administrator to evaluate
the examinees qualifications for the test to be taken. These dates
will be posted along with the Exam Schedule. Along with the examination
application, please be sure to include all relevant training information
as well as the $60.00 examination fee. Also, do not forget to mark
on the exam application the test that you wish to take.
If you
need an invoice, please fax us at (785) 357-4725. You may also fax
your examination application to this number.
